- Drive our social media presence – with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and a secondary focus on TikTok. You’ll help monitor emerging platforms like Reddit too, always ready to spot the next big thing.
- Spot and share trends – you’re always in tune with what’s happening online and know how to create content (static and video, especially short-form vertical like Reels and Shorts) that grabs attention and gets people talking.
- Collaborate and connect – work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to make sure our organic and paid media work hand in hand, similarly with our Communications Manager to help bring influencer campaigns to life.
- Grow our community – respond to questions, nurture conversations and help our audience feel part of something special.
- Deliver email marketing – plan, build and write campaigns for our global and beer-specific audiences using DotDigital, always looking for ways to grow our lists through creative lead gen campaigns.
- Help with CRM integration – support our email activity so it works seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics, help us get the most from our data and take us to the next level.
- Keep our website up to date – upload and edit pages in our CMS (we use Umbraco), apply SEO and ensure copy, imagery and links are accurate and accessible.
- Contribute to our content strategy – commission and manage external writers, journalists and third-party content creators (including influencers) to deliver SEO, SEM and GEO-rich content for blogs, websites and social channels that supports our marketing goals.
- Measure what matters – use analytics to track performance, report on results and suggest improvements.
- Embrace innovation – bring fresh ideas, experiment with Generative AI and help us stay ahead of the curve.
- Pitch in and support – whether it’s managing inboxes, helping at events or supporting lead gen, you’re always ready to get stuck in.
What you’ll bring
- A good working knowledge of analytics tools (GA4), email marketing platforms (DotDigital is the platform we use), Generative AI platforms (we use Microsoft Copilot) and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
