This is an opportunity for an organised, detail-focused and creatively minded Freelance Brand Marketing Executive to join our vibrant and supportive global marketing team on a 3-month basis, starting as soon as possible.
You will play an important support role in helping us roll out our refreshed WSET brand across a wide range of materials and touchpoints, ensuring the new brand lands consistently and confidently during our phased launches.
What you’ll do
Support the implementation of WSET’s refreshed brand identity across a variety of internal and external materials
Support the Brand and Marketing Manager with briefing designers and coordinating asset delivery
Assist with reviewing creative work to ensure consistency with the new brand direction
Assist with basic updates to marketing materials, presentation templates or simple design tasks using brand-approved tools
Provide day-to-day support to the Brand and Marketing Manager on various brand and marketing projects
Help prepare brand assets and documentation for phased launches
Support brand implementation activities at our Graduation on Monday 27 April, including on-the-day coordination and other practical brand tasks as needed
What you’ll bring
Experience working in a brand, marketing or design-support role (agency or in-house)
A strong eye for detail and a good appreciation for visual design
Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple tasks at once
The ability to follow brand guidelines and spot inconsistencies
Confidence communicating with different teams and supporting colleagues
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
