🌟 Cheers to success! 🌟

I’m thrilled to share the launch of Cheers, WSET’s brand-new recognition scheme created by the business, for the business. A massive thank-you to the incredible volunteers who helped design and implement this initiative—their passion and dedication have made this vision a reality.

At its core, Cheers celebrates individuals and teams who do something amazing to advance our strategic goals and to strengthen our culture and values. This month, we proudly awarded prizes to three outstanding individuals and two fantastic teams during The Vine Live, our monthly WSET-wide virtual get-together. What made this even more special was having their nominators present these awards virtually—a true testament to the power of peer recognition! This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see how Cheers continues to inspire and reward extraordinary contributions.
