WSET people news

Connection and leadership development is important to us.

Our leaders have just participated in an amazing three-day event dedicated to connection and leadership development.

The event started with a technicolour reminder of WSET's purpose - we celebrated the achievements of our incredible L4 Wine Diploma students at our annual graduation ceremony at the spectacular Guild Hall. It was so uplifting to see so many happy people be recognised for their hard work and dedication. We had inspirational speeches from wine legend Jancis Robinson, our Honorary President Dr Laura Catena and India's only Master of Wine Sonal Holland.

The next day our leadership team did a series of presentations about our strategy followed by an afternoon of fun, laughter and adventure as we split into teams to complete a wildgoose chase around Borough!

The event's final day focused on leadership development where our leaders from all around the globe learned more about themselves and each other via Insights Discovery - you can see us all on the Insights Discovery wheel in the picture.
